I really am going to have to ask the owners to keep the media out for a bit. The increase in business is killing me!!!! We are up 25% this week alone in the Meat Department I marinated 1300lbs of Chicken in the last 2 days We cut enough cows to feed a village and the sausage is selling as fast as we can link it!!!

I like the dry age beef too. I mean it's cool and a good for sales. It looks like it might be a nice place to work if they allow that guy to have a beard and a (bakery?) lady to work without a hat. Not a lot of stupid rules. Maybe. I personally don't want to grow a beard, but it's cool that they let you. I hate wearing a hat unless it's to keep the sun off, so that's neat too.
