while I was out running around town yesterday I stopped in at the Green Spot Market and caught Wayne & Mitch working, Brenda one of his cutters couldn't get to work and those two was mad LOL Brenda does a lot of their cutting while they drink coffee LOL
They were working hard to fill up this case
This is Brenda that was out on them, her truck had tore up on her on the way to work, she lives about 23 miles from the store.
She use to work with me part time, she is a hard worker and a good cutter

they do add character-I like them too-for years the state (inspectors) frowned on the wood-because of the nooks and crannies in them to harbour bacteria now the state is saying the poly top cutting surfaces are no better than the wood,
