Competition « One of the best learners of France » in butchery - regional final
The School of the jobs of the professional association and the trade of Tarn organized the departmental selection of competition « One of the best learners of France » for the section butchery, at the end of January.
The laureates of this competition are in CAPE butchery second year at the school of the jobs of Cunac nowadays: Gabriel Bruguiere, learner at David Spina in Albi; Michael Fabre, learner at Jean-François Cassar in the society " Serv . OC.CAS . " of Lombers; Bastien Roques, learner to Sylviane Bense of the society Gaillac Viandes.
An intensive preparation was necessary to confront this test with, on one hand, their employers and on the other hand their Easter professor of butchery Viguier. Michael Fabre was chosen to represent the school of jobs and the department of Tarn in the regional final which took place on Sunday, February 5th in Toulouse as part of the living room Smahrt.

After four hours of tests and facing five other candidates, Michaël Fabre took the second place of this competition, he becomes then the best second learner to block of the region Midi-Pyrénées.
