Where can I go to get some information on fines for food and safety violations? Also, where can I look over the governments rules and regulations required for grocery store meat departments? I just found your message board today. Thanks for any help you can give.
I guess I should have mentioned that I'm a meat wrapper for an independent store. He's been in business for around 18 years and I've been working for him almost 6 years. I've worked in grocery store meat departments for about 20 years. I went into work this morning and I knew something serious was going on when I saw the Environmental Health agents, about 7 of them. He told me to go home and he'd call me. It's been about 5 hours now and I'm worried to death. The owner is a super nice man and has treated me great over the years as I have a son who is learning disabled. He's worked with me over and over again when I had to take time off for my son. I thought maybe I could read up on some information about the 'Environmental Health' agency but can't pin anything down on the web. Sorry for the long post. Thanks again.
