so, summer is going to be here soon, and a few years back our company sold a prepack spice/cure mix called "pizza griller" I used it to make pizza flavored smokies and pepperoni sticks
I thought it was a great item, and it sold very well in our area, but through the entire company it was a slow mover, so it got deleted.
I want to make a similar recipe, does anyone have any suggestion's as to spices or cheese's to add?
