To or for Valentine Day coming. Idea I`ll shear on beef Breakfast cut Steaks. Cut thin 1/8 inch thick cuts. I use the Hard side of the Sirloin tip, Easy with No waste You can cut Heart shape beef cuts.

I see so many Cutter that do not think or know what will happen when the customer cooks these outer Membranes on some cuts. Shrinkage of the outer side rim, like how baloney does when in a fring pan
