Old-fashioned butcher shops making comeback

I picked a video of Tia Harrison co founder of the Butchers Guild & member of the Club as a example of small butcher shops opening up all over the place. I see, talk, and read about them every day, their is also a large number of farm to table farms opening meat shops up, SO you can say our Art, Skill & Trade is still alive

Good Question- I've helped quite a few open thru the years- I do believe they are making a comeback-the more the big box stores go case-ready meats, the more of a void in the marketplace.

I know of a fella that opened a shop in his garage- he has no debt, and does truckload meat sales on food stamp week, he friended up the town on facebook- pushes freezer plans and he's doing well

This past summer, a meat market store opened in new hampshire-the largest butcher shoppe I have ever seen-right between two traditional supermarkets and a wal-mart

and they are doing very well!

I have a big shop but it is designed to have the vibe of a small shop
Plenty of help on to give you advice and talk to you if you want
