NOW FOR THE NEW YEAR DAY SALES

In the South, Hog's Jowl Photobucket is part of the NEW YEAR'S Day tradition. Southerners fry hog's jowl or cook in black eye peas because it ensures good health & good luck for the coming year.

Sounds like granny on the beverly hillbillies...llol...hog jowls and possum bellies

It's Rib eye and Strip Steaks up here, and/or Lobsters and scallops.., or, trying to stretch the last of the christmas leftovers

for the dirty ankle trade, its bacon ends and pieces with cut up bar s franks, and fried bologna to ring in the new year
