Perhaps post some cutting tips for some of us new folks. All the information that I received from this site on how to increase my GP helped a great deal and helped me focus on the things that matter. I don't have anyone to mentor me and I want to keep learning things that only a long time experienced cutter can teach. Instructions , videos, pictures anything at all. I know that the experienced cutters may not find these things interesting but they could add their tips to whatever is posted for an even better discussion

those are good ideas...keep them coming i am looking to add tools to the site that could be both useful for meat professionals and customers. a scrolling ticker with current whole sale prices and a list of meat suppliers by state or region is what i am working on now. If you can think of more tools that you would like to see and beable to use when neccessary let me know i may beable to make it happen.
