Me and my beef.

Well I still have it. My forequarter came in Tues morning and in about an hour, all I had was Chuck roasts, Arm roasts, Ribeyes, Soup meat( neck, shank, rib), soup bones, plenty of trims for my meat mix and Gr Beef. An old Squirrel never forgets.

How much does it weigh? It looks like a small one. Neat picture!

That quarter was about 137# I usually get about 3 of them during the winter months. I always have some customers that want some good ol fashion soup meat or roasts. Costs $1.99lb. Thats about the right weight for me. Any bigger and I have trouble carrying it. Now back in my younger days I cuold carry a fore in one arm, a hind in the other, and a pork loin in my teeth. LOL!Yuck!
