Since the opening in 2009 of the upmarket Victor Churchill Butchers in Sydney, the $2 million state-of-the-art fit-out has won countless awards and has taken Australian retail design to the world stage.

A fantastic shop envy of all butchers in Australia and is visited by any retailer outside of Sydney when they visit. A must if your are ever in Sydney.
