A heritage turkey from a local farm. They still fly and are not a hybrid which means less breast meat than a commercial turkey. Supposedly they are the genetically closest to the first Thanksgiving turkey. It was killed hours before we picked it up yesterday.
It's a good story but the only thing I know for sure is that it was never frozen. LOL
Big Ham and a small turkey breast, most my crowd gets ham but a few like turkey. plus I got one son in law that will eat everything on the table if you don't watch him LOL
