Welcome your Dukeness. . . (Is that the right word?). . I love sausage. Every kind except Chorizo. Tried it once and thought it tasted like taco seasoned sausage.

I must add that I love the "design your sausage" idea on your site. I'd love to see how that works when you get it going.

Thanks for your kind welcomes! It's great to be here! I'm in the process of starting my business so I'll make sure I let you know how it goes! Hopefully speak to you gain soon!

I have been making sausage here in the USA for forty years.

What a great idea you have allowing customers to choose their own spices.

What is your minimum amount of  pounds your customer has to buy?

 Hi Sausagemaker,

Thanks. Quantity is yet another thing that I need to think about a bit more, I'd prefer to not have too high an amount that they'd need to order somewhere in the region of 4 or 5 pounds (about 2kg over here!) but delivery is the big thing, I've got a few leads with that just need to discuss it all a bit further with them; that's one reason I want a 'Sausage Subscription' so I can try and guarantee regular business and hopefully get the deliery price down. Logistically, while I'm still small, making small quantities should be fine; but we'll see!
