I bumped my knife with a trimming tub,that was on the block. I heard it go to the floor, but i didn't hear it hit the floor. I looked over to see where it landed, and to pick it up, and it was stuck in the milkcrate i use under the tub when I make grinds. Thanks to the Deli Lady for taking this picture and sending it to me!!
rule # 55. neve3r ever try and catch a falling knife. had a stupid green horn do this . he ended up getting stitches. store manager wouldnt let him take workmans comp time off.
