who here has been asked if they can cut a frozen turkey for someone???i just shook my head and told the new girl that the answer is and will always be "No".

You will split it in half, won't you? We used to do that all the time. But to fully cut it? No.

I'll split it as long as I can get the metal ring out of it. but cut it up you got to be joking.

We wont even split them anymore with only one saw we tell them cross contamination and the answer is no.

beef bones is one thing but a 20 lb bird? and frozen? nope. we are a one saw shop. i dont ewven cut semi bonless hams anymore. i have a hand saw for that stuff.

I dont sell frozen turkeys so they didnt buy it from me. Take it back where you bought it and have them do it.

I have one saw, and saw everything on it! not chicken. I halve and quarter frozen turkeys- not to often

We will split frozen turkeys. We even have a tool to get the wire out of the turkey even if it is frozen solid. We take care of the customer and try to never tell a customer "no we can't".We have two saws at my shop so it is not so much of a problem as some.

i do the same as femalecutter96. with just one saw we dont split them anymore.
