Help Please


One of my customers has an American receipe using a Beef cut called "Tri-Tip" I'm not sure which  cut this is in the UK.The receipe doesn't include a picture so i'm hoping one of you guys can help me.

Tri Tip comes from a muscle in the bottom sirloin in the US. I believe in the UK this would be called the bottom rump. It is the primal in between the Silverside (Round in US) and the Sirloin (Shortloin in US).
