We do sell boneless butt roast, but we do net them my hands won't work well enough to tie that many roast anymore.

our boston rsts are called cross rib rsts and it depends on the butcher but most tie them

I always thought tieing had more visual appeal. Customers in one store used to ask, Why do you tie those roasts? Yeah, this town was pretty far out in the corn field, lol

yes that is my job mostly, we bone and tie about 10 to 12 a week

I'm lucky nowadays, jet netter about 15 a week, also net two boneless loin ends together

We also bone and Tie them, With our upscale clinentell they wouldnt even look at those roasts unless we did. When I cook one I would rather have a bone in it.

tie them and some boneless without tieing but cut down past the blade bone so don't flap
