Solve a Meaty Problem and Win £2,000 in the Meat Challenge 2011

My colleague and I have organised a crowd sourcing project on behalf of a global food company. The challenge is to explore and identify alternative cooking technologies for an consumer meat product.

We are seeking out meat processors and food technologists. We want to talk to chefs, butchers or indeed anyone who has an everyday interest in meat. Is that you?

If you have a passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new food technologies then we would love to hear from you. We'll supply you with samples, we just need you to capture your findings and re-present them to us in a format of your choice.
