We started a Huge Fall Meat sale today, spent half a day yesterday getting ready, my head cutter asked if she should cut Standing Rib Roast ahead for the sale I told her no that I would do them this morning. At 7:05 am guess what a customer wants, Yup a Standing Rib Roast!! It's almost like they know!
i got a 40lb ground chuck order to take care of first thing in the morning. i usually do it the afternoon before but the guy requested i do it first thing in the morning so its fresher. today really sucked
