we really don't have any stiff policy i can think of its a pretty easy going store. don't have to clock out for lunch or breaks or anything like that don't have to take a break if you don't want to. some stores breaks were required and I hated that cause usually i would rather just keep going. sure makes its harder to quit smoking when you are forced to take a break doesn't it? and then some stores don't allow the whole crew to take a break at the same time only one person at a time. so you can't exactly sit down with your buddys and chat can you? so whats the point? sit there for 15 minutes and hem and haw. that sounds boring iw ould rather be working. but thankfully this store doesn't do that but most i worked for did.
