Do you buy your own knifes or use the companies knifes they supply
In my store, all 20 (approx) of us buy our own knives.
In other local markets all the meat cutters buy their own knives, but fish deli and bakery dept people do not.
I use the knives that the company supplies. They are the same kind i would buy anyway.
