dont know but its freaky. appears to be smoked or cooked pork bi porkloin, wearing bacteria laden cotton gloves. hope it not anywhere i have eaten though.

lmao...ahahaha I think my senses were just molested by a meat cutters version of porn...sadly I work with a few like that...common saying I hear..No problem I here 8 hrs...makes you wish for piece work pay cheques at times lol..

It looks like a frozen loin to me. I've never seen anyone cut in quite that fashion. Nor would I let anyone cut like that, but I'm fairly certain that loin is frozen. Keep in mind it is in India.
