Cure 81 has been around longer than me, so I don't know. Never heard of Little Sizzlers

RE: Any of you old timers ??

I asked my meat god and he said he remembers Cure 81 being introduced shortly after he started cutting. He's been doing it for about 45 years so I reckon Cure 81 has been around about 40 some years. I know Little Sizzlers were first introduced sometime in the 50's. We had a Hormel processing facility in the town I grew up in. A lot of my friends had parents that worked there...it's now an Excel plant.
