those two big bulls beating up that little yak. couple of bullys aren't they. that a big animal. and another note that chef in the top video knows how to cut a strip....leave the fat on good man.
interesting story, I have heard of Yak up north, never eat any but would give it a try. from the video's it may be in the meat case in a few years but I think only in meat shops. I don't think the chains will fool with it much.
