Really nice article. The videos are great. Very infomative. This is how the meat industry is changing. Smaller purveyors are beginning to thrive. They're pretty much all I work with in my market. Not as small as this but I refuse to work with the likes of National Beef, Cargill or Excel. They're the corporations that are ruining this trade.
