Customers who order online and on phone,how do you handle them when you are expecting supplies of meat.


Is it fair to hold them  on? [CUSTOMER CARE] or let them go and buy from your competitors if it is for a temperaly cuase say like for one day or two days  for special steaks like T Bone,Tenderlion steaks and Sirlion steaks mostly for the restuarants.

I agree with butcher29, you take care of the customers first, if not how you going to get a meat truck?

sounds like you have a upper management problem of not putting enough help there at truck times. 

Have you talk to them about this problem ??

If I am out I go to my competitor and buy it there to sell by me
Yes that means that every now and then I may have to go get a whole strip loin from my competition, Pay for it, bring it back and cut it

The problem we are  facing is there is too BIG demand because of the quality of the meat and it's test  in the market than the supply.
