Ground chuck. But if HB doesn't count, maybe Tri Tips. 4 flavors of marinated and also non marinated.

Bone in pork loin chops.

Chick breasts, but I'm not sure what sells better. Bone in or boneless.

definitly shish kabob. put it out a 6.99 ...believe me it wasn't even near worth that much. it just kept flying away and i kept making more and more.

had t-bone & porterhouse 5.99lb in family pack.....baby backs 2.88....chuck patties 2.99....split chicken breast .99........oh and my cutter called off sat...so did it by myself....then tuesday after memorial day he never shows up to work...so he's FIRED!!! back to me myself and I running the show with my wrapper.....

We had strips at $4.97 and BB Ribs at $2.99. Those sold well. We sold a ton of thick cut steaks. Sold a quite a few briskets and pork butts too.

Beef - ground chuck patties and t-bone / porterhouse steaks

Pork - baby back ribs

Chicken - split and cut fryers.

also had OM hot dogs 5/$5 Sold a boat load of them things!
