Frenching the easy way


Have you seen this???

Going to give this a try in the morning because it would make my life so much easier

I'm gonna have to try that! Never seen it before (except for the pork crown roast from a few days ago). Almost looks too easy to believe. We usually score the bone and peel it away left and right with a meat hook and our fingers getting under the membrane and pulling away the meat real clean. This method is so much faster.

That's pretty slick. I've used string before but adding the handle is far more effective.
