DO ANYONE MAKE

DO ANYONE MAKE MEATBALLS FOR THEIR COUNTER ??

I have always kept them in my case, seasoned or unseason till the past 5 years of my meat cutting career, At Save A Lot there was no market for them.

thats right butcher29, never give up lol, pushing them to customers may open other doors to sales. a market manager i had tell me once, find something to get in their face for, talking to them can lead to a sale of something. I have found him to be right about that.

one of the tricks I used to increase my value added sales was to give them away one their last day.
That's right I just said here take this home and try it. Marked the package no charge and they took it with them
Last week I had London Broil Buy one get one ($3 a pound is what is came to) and Marinated London Broils for $4 per pound. I sold more marinated then I did plain. making $1 more per pound!!!!
Gross Profit is looking way up for this month
