I saw black chicken on the TV show "Bizarre Foods". The ones in this picture were in the counter at Lion Market Tully & King San Jose Ca. Tkey Feb 27, 2010

They're called Silkies. I believe they originated in southeast asia. All the Asian markets have 'em 'round these parts.
