I concur! I can't stand when our buyer runs an ad for ribeyes, strips, tenderloin, etc. and then buys the select junk. We normally carry choice or prime but then when it's on special he runs select. I can understand because it's cheaper but it looks and tastes like junk. A few streaks of fat if you're lucky but rarely any star fat. But, at least we never carry beef that's been 'flavor enhanced'. That is the ultimate in junk beef.
